PVC-coated wire, also known as plastic-coated iron wire (abbreviated as PVC wire, PE wire), is made from high-quality galvanized wire. Through deep processing, the plastic and galvanized iron wire are firmly bonded together, resulting in anti-aging, anti-corrosion, and crack-resistant properties. Its service life is several times that of hot-dip galvanized iron wire. Varieties and colors can be customized according to user needs. PVC-coated wire has a smooth surface, vibrant colors, good coating elasticity, high mechanical strength, strong adhesion, and is wear-resistant, temperature-resistant, moisture-resistant, rust-resistant, and aging-resistant. The material is non-toxic and harmless.
PVC-coated wire is divided into PVC-coated wire and PE-coated wire.
Colors include transparent, white, black, green, brown, red, yellow, and light green.

PVC-coated filament manufacturing process: Pre-treatment → Loading the workpiece → Preheating (320℃-370℃ for 15 minutes) → Coating (vibration, removing excess powder) → Curing (180℃-200℃ for 10 minutes) → Unloading the workpiece.
PVC coating is a heating process involving metal preheating, impregnation, and curing. During impregnation, the heated metal adheres to the surrounding material. The hotter the metal, the longer the impregnation time, and the thicker the coating. Naturally, temperature and the shape of the impregnated material are key factors determining the amount of plasticizer adhered. PVC coating allows for the creation of amazing shapes.
